“Two For Me and Two For You” music video
This video began as a concept between Travis Pierce and I about a dystopian romance in a sterile environment of the distant future where love was harvested from humans by the robots in control. At the time, we were working towards a submission deadline for Norman Music Festival and were falling behind. Luckily, Attila Balazs stepped up and grabbed hold of the reigns to make something happen with this concept. Travis and Attila spent a night drawing out this video, based on all the ideas we had been throwing around together, then Attila and I assembled props, set the stage and co-directed the filming. This was Attila’s first music video to edit, and I think it’s a strong rookie effort. If nothing else, we had a lot of fun, made a big mess and the video ended up in the top 10 ranking of the Music Video Picks competition at the 2011 Norman Music Festival.
